Why we exist
Designers should spend their days on colour, proportion and materiality. Not on finding out in week eleven that a dining table ordered in week three was never going to arrive.
Talk to any studio and the story is the same. The creative work is a joy. The admin around it is relentless: quotes in one tool, orders in another, a budget only one person dares to touch.
The expensive failures were never creative ones. They were a lead time that quietly outgrew the install date, a VAT treatment corrected three invoices late, an order re-keyed into the accounts by hand.

Four convictions decide what gets built, and in what order.
The install date is the deadline that matters.
A studio is judged on whether the room is finished the day the client walks in. So every FF&E line is scored against its install date, and a lead time that no longer fits shows up while there is still time to act.
UK money, handled natively.
Invoices in GBP or the project’s own currency, purchase orders in the supplier’s, UK VAT treated properly on estimates, orders and invoices, and Xero in sync both ways, so the books match the project without re-keying.
One trade, one price, everything in it.
We build for one trade. Procurement, finance and both portals come in one price per person, lower from the sixth, with nothing held back for a higher tier.
Techstyles AI drafts. You approve.
Atelier, the Techstyles assistant, answers questions about any project and drafts the emails. Alongside it sit a daily brief, inbox and meeting summaries, procurement risk insights and Smart Fill. Nothing is sent or saved until a person approves it.
