Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, studio details, project data, client records, and any files or communications you upload. We also collect usage data (page views, feature interactions, session duration) to improve our service.

Techstyles integrates with Google Gmail and Google Calendar when you choose to connect your Google account. We request only the minimum permissions required:

• Gmail (read-only): to display your emails and email threads inside Techstyles so you can manage client communications in one place. • Gmail (send): to allow you to reply to emails from within Techstyles. • Google Calendar (events): to display your upcoming meetings on your dashboard and to let you create calendar events directly from Techstyles.

We do not access any other Google data. We do not read, store, or process emails or calendar events beyond what is needed to display them to you in the app. This data is never used for advertising, never shared with third parties, and never sold.

Techstyles' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your Techstyles account settings. You can also revoke access directly via Google Account Permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon disconnection or account deletion, all stored Google OAuth tokens are immediately deleted from our systems.

We use your information solely to provide and improve Techstyles. This includes delivering core features (project management, client CRM, procurement, time tracking), sending you product updates and security alerts, and diagnosing technical issues. We never sell your data to third parties.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Google OAuth tokens are deleted immediately upon account disconnection or deletion.

We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed to other users or third parties.

Under GDPR and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@techstyles.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

Techstyles uses a limited set of third-party infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, database, email delivery). These providers process data only on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

We may update this policy as our product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
