How does the per-user price work?
Each of your first five users is £49 a month. From the sixth user it is £39 each. A studio of six pays £284 a month. You pay only for active users and can add or remove them at any time. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT.
What happens after the 30 days?
Add a card to carry on at the same price per user, with everything you set up kept as it is. If you do nothing, you are not charged: the account pauses, and you can still sign in to export your data.
Is anything charged on top?
No. Procurement and scoring, finance with Xero, both portals and the assistant are on every seat. There are no per-project fees, no setup fee and no charge for the clients or trades you invite.
Does it sync with Xero?
Yes, both ways, on every seat. Invoices you raise sync to Xero in GBP with UK VAT, and payment status comes back to the project ledger.
How does this compare with other studio tools?

Can I export our data?
Yes, whenever you like. Schedules, projects, contacts and invoices export as CSV or PDF, during the trial, while you subscribe and after you leave.
How do you handle our data and GDPR?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, handled under UK GDPR, never sold and never used to train AI models. You can access, export or delete it at any time. The detail is in our privacy policy.
Is there a contract or annual plan?
No contract: pay monthly and cancel any time. Annual billing is ten months’ price for twelve. Studios of 20 or more can talk to us about pricing.
