A sales invoice in Xero with the net, the rate and the total as you raised them, in its own currency. If your Xero organisation has not enabled that currency, Techstyles names it and says where to turn it on.

Your bookkeeper works in Xero as always. When the client pays, the status returns to the project, and the ledger and the books agree.

Does Techstyles work with Xero?
Yes, both ways. Invoices and purchase orders raised in a project go to Xero with their VAT treatment intact, and payment status comes back, so a paid invoice shows as paid on the project.
Does the Xero sync handle UK VAT?
Yes. Each invoice carries its VAT treatment into Xero as raised, in its own currency. Techstyles keeps the project and the books in step; it does not file your VAT return.
Is the Xero integration an extra cost?
No. Every integration is included on every seat. There is one plan, and no connector tier.
We use QuickBooks or Sage. Can we still use Techstyles?
Yes, for everything except the accounting sync, which is Xero only today. QuickBooks, Sage and FreeAgent are on the list, with no date we would ask you to plan around. Tell us which one you use.
