See whose insurance needs chasing and what is unread

The Contractors tab shows at a glance who needs a nudge.

Steps

1. Open the project's Contractors tab.
2. Click Insurance to chase to list contractors whose insurance has expired, is close to expiring or has no expiry date.
3. Click Awaiting view to list contractors with shared items or files they have not opened.
4. Click Contractors to see everyone again, or type in Search contractors… to find someone by name, company or trade.
5. Open a contractor's card to see each share marked Viewed or Not viewed.

Good to know

• Insurance is judged only from the expiry date. A contractor with a document on file but no date counts as Not uploaded, so add the date on their profile.
• Shared with portal counts everything shared on this project. It's a total, so it doesn't filter the list.
