Disconnect Xero
Stop syncing with Xero. Your documents stay in both places as they are.
Disconnect Xero if you are moving to a different Xero organisation or no longer want Techstyles to update it.
Before you start
- You need permission to edit studio settings.
Steps
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- On the Xero card, click Disconnect.
- In Disconnect Xero?, click Disconnect.
What happens next
- Techstyles stops sending anything to Xero, and Xero's access is withdrawn.
- Documents keep their link to their Xero copy, so they pick up where they left off if you reconnect to the same organisation.
- Documents you save while disconnected show Xero off.
- Payments you record while disconnected are tagged Not in Xero.
- Anything you void or delete while disconnected is left as it is in Xero, and isn't replayed when you reconnect. Do it in Xero yourself.
- Sync to Xero disappears from Finance.
After reconnecting, sync documents marked Xero off and send any Not in Xero payments.
