Open and download shared documents

Browse the plans, specifications and other files your studio has shared, and save a copy.

Documents holds the files your studio has chosen to share with you, in folders.

Steps

  1. Open Documents.
  2. Tap a folder to open it, or use Search files and folders to find something by name.
  3. Tap a file to open it. Pictures, videos and PDFs open in the portal.
  4. To save a copy on a computer, hover over the file and click Download.

Good to know

  • Use the type filter (for example PDF or Images) and the sort menu (Newest first, Name A–Z and so on) to narrow a long list.
  • When your studio replaces a file with a newer version, you see the latest one. A version label such as "v2" appears on the card.
  • If the page says "Nothing here yet", your studio has not shared any files on this project.
  • If you see "Documents is turned off", your studio has not opened this section for your project.
