Remove a client's or contractor's access to a package

Access to a package stays in place until you remove it, whatever stage the package is in. Returning a package to Draft, adding a drawing or uploading a new version doesn't remove anyone's access, so remove it yourself if a client or contractor shouldn't see work in progress.

Before you start

• You need to be the project lead, the design lead or a studio admin.

Steps

1. Open the package and click the Access tab.
2. Find the client or contractor and click × on their row.

What happens next

• They can no longer open the package in their portal.
• The change is recorded in the package's Activity. They are not notified.
