Export the schedule to Excel

Download the FF&E schedule as an Excel file, with whatever search and filters you have applied.

Updated

Export the schedule when you need it outside Techstyles, for a cost plan, a site meeting or your own records.

Steps

  1. Open the project and select Procurement.
  2. Optional: search or filter to the items you want. The export follows what is on screen.
  3. Click Export. The button shows Exporting... while the file is prepared.

The file downloads as an Excel workbook named after the project, for example "Mews House - Procurement - 30 Oct 2026 10.15 am.xlsx".

What's in the file

One row per item, with these columns: Product, Material, Colour, Dimensions, Room, Supplier, Quantity, Unit, Unit price, Total price, Status, Approval, PO, PO status, Billing, Billing status, Sample, Logistics, Delivery date, Lead time and Tracking number.

Good to know

  • Prices are in the project's currency, converted at live rates, as on screen.
  • Archived items are only included when Show archived is on in Filters.
  • In the file, the approval Review is written as "In review".
  • The file includes supplier names and your trade prices. Check it before you send it to anyone outside the studio.
  • Anyone who can see the schedule can export it.
