Download an invoice or purchase order as a PDF
Save a PDF copy of any invoice, credit note or purchase order.
You can download any invoice or purchase order as a PDF, for your records or to send another way.
Before you start
- You need permission to view finance.
Steps
- On Finance, click ⋯ on the row and choose Download PDF.
- Or open the document and click Download at the top.
- For a credit note, open the invoice and click PDF beside the credit note in Credit notes.
What happens next
- The PDF is generated and saved by your browser, named after the project and number, for example "Belgravia Townhouse - INV-071.pdf".
Good to know
- A top-up invoice's PDF says which invoice it tops up.
- If you see "PDF rendering is unavailable on this server.", try again later or contact support.
