Reset a forgotten password

If you can't remember your password, you can set a new one from the sign-in page.

Steps

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?.
2. Enter your Email and click Send reset link. You see Check your inbox.
3. Open the email "Reset your TechStyles password" and click the link within 15 minutes.
4. Enter a New password and Confirm password. Every item in the checklist must be ticked.
5. Click Update password.

What happens next

• You return to the sign-in page with "Password reset successful." Sign in with your new password.
• Your old password stops working straight away.
• The link works only once. Asking for another link cancels any earlier one.

Good to know

• The confirmation always says a link was sent, even if no account uses that address. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and that you used the address your studio invited.
• Invalid reset link means the link has expired or was already used. Go back to the sign-in page and ask for a new one.
• Resetting your password does not sign you out on other devices. If you think someone else knows your old password, also sign out of other devices.
• Avoid common passwords and anything close to your name or email. If the new password is refused, try a longer, less predictable one.
