Withdraw or resend an invitation

People you have invited but who have not joined yet show as Invited in Settings > Team. Each one holds a seat.

See who has not joined

1. Go to Settings > Team.
2. The line at the top counts people and invitations, for example "6 people in your studio, 2 invited and not yet joined."
3. In Team members, the Status column shows Active or Invited.

Withdraw an invitation

1. On the invited person's row, click the bin icon (Remove member).
2. Type confirm in the box and click Remove.

The link in their email stops working and the seat is freed.

Send a fresh invitation

There is no resend button. To send a new email:

1. Withdraw the invitation as above.
2. Invite them again with the same email address.

Good to know

• Invitations last 14 days. After that, the link shows Invitation link expired; withdraw and invite again.
• If the person just can't find the email, the original link still works until it expires. See An invitation email hasn't arrived.
• The confirmation dialog talks about removing a member. For an invitation, it only cancels the invitation.
• You can change an invited person's role before they join. See Change a member's role or hourly rate.
