Ask your designer about a piece
Comment on a single piece, add a photo, and see your designer's replies in one place.
Every piece has its own conversation, so questions about the sofa stay with the sofa.
Steps
- Open Procurement and find the piece.
- Tap Comments under it.
- Type your question in Write a message…. To add a picture, tap Add a photo.
- Tap Send.
What happens next
- Your designer is told about your comment.
- Their replies appear in the same place, marked Your designer. A dot on Comments shows when there is something new.
Good to know
- Tap Reply under a comment to answer it directly. You can Edit or Delete your own comments.
- Photos can be PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF.
- For anything that is not about one piece, use Messages instead.
