Upload your insurance and trade certificate

Keep your public liability insurance and trade certificate current so the studio has them on file.

Updated

You keep your insurance and trade certificate up to date yourself in your Profile, and the studio sees them straight away.

Steps

  1. Tap your picture at the top of the screen to open Profile. If your Dashboard shows a compliance warning, you can tap Resolve now instead.
  2. Under Compliance documents, find Public liability insurance and tap Upload (or Replace if there is one already).
  3. Choose the file.
  4. Tap Edit expiry, set the Expiry date and tap Save.
  5. Do the same for Trade certificate. It does not need an expiry date.

What happens next

  • The studio sees your insurance as valid until the date you entered.
  • The warning on your Dashboard clears once both documents are on file and your insurance is more than 30 days from expiring.

Good to know

  • Files can be PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB.
  • Always add the expiry date. Without it, the studio sees your insurance as not uploaded, even though your Profile says it is on file.
  • A missing trade certificate also shows as a warning on your Dashboard.
  • Your Monday summary email reminds you of your insurance status.
