Accept an invitation to set up a new studio

Techstyles can invite you to set up a brand new studio, often as a free trial. Accepting creates the studio with you as its admin. If a colleague has invited you to a studio that already exists, see Accept an invitation to a studio instead.

Before you start

• Find the email "Set up" followed by your studio's name. The link lasts 30 days.

Steps

1. Click the link in the email. You see Set up followed by the studio's name, with Studio, Plan and Your account.
2. Carry on in the way that fits you:
   • New to Techstyles: enter your Full name, Password and Confirm password, then click Create studio.
   • Already signed in with the invited email: click Create studio.
   • You have an account but are not signed in with the invited email: click Sign in to continue, sign in with the invited email, and you come back to this page. Then click Create studio.

What happens next

• Your studio is created and you are its admin. You are signed in and taken to Set up your studio.
• Setup doesn't ask for your studio's details, because the studio already has its name. Add the address and contact details in Settings > General.
• If you already use Techstyles, the studio is added to your account. See Switch between studios.

Good to know

• Your password needs at least 8 characters, a capital letter, a lowercase letter, a number and one of these symbols: @ $ ! % * ? &.
• Invitation no longer valid means the link has expired, been used or been replaced by a newer one. Ask the person who invited you to send a new one.
• To accept with an existing account, you must sign in as the exact address the invitation was sent to.
