Find your way around Techstyles

Every page has the same frame: the sidebar on the left and the top bar above the page. What you see depends on your role.

The sidebar

• Your own work: Home, Inbox, My Tasks, Time Tracking and Projects.
• The studio: Calendar (admins and managers), CRM, Library, Team, Finance and Reports.
• At the bottom: Help Center and Settings.

To make more room, click the toggle at the top of the sidebar (Collapse sidebar). Click it again (Expand sidebar) to bring the labels back. Techstyles remembers your choice in this browser. On narrower screens the sidebar collapses by itself.

The top bar, left to right

• Breadcrumb: where you are. Click any part to go back up a level.
• Go to page…: jump to any page by typing its name. See Jump to any page with Go to page.
• Atelier: opens Atelier in Techstyles, the studio's AI assistant (Cmd+J on a Mac). Admins only.
• Notifications (bell): see Open and clear notifications.
• Time Tracker (clock): start and stop a timer. A green dot shows while one is running.
• Quick Add (+): create a Task, a Meeting on your Google Calendar, or Create Invoice. You see only the items your role allows.
• Your avatar (Account): Profile, Time Tracking, Studio Settings (admins), Sign out, and Your studios if you belong to more than one.

Good to know

• If a page you expect is missing from the sidebar, your role does not include it. Opening its address directly takes you back to Home. Ask a studio admin.
• Under your name in the avatar menu, admins see "Admin ·" and the studio name. Everyone else sees "Managed by" and the studio name.
• When Techstyles is updated, a notice says A new version is available. Save your work, then click Refresh.
