Read your Home dashboard

What each card on Home shows, how to tick off a task from it, and why figures can differ by role.

Updated

Home is your starting point each day: what is due, what is at risk and where you left off. Everyone sees their own version.

What is on Home

  • Greeting and New project: today's date, and a New project button if you can create projects.
  • Figures across the top:
    • Admins and managers: Active projects, Revenue booked, Billable hours and Tasks due, each compared with the last period.
    • Members: My projects, Tasks due and Billable hours, for your own work.
  • Daily brief: a short summary written by Atelier in Techstyles from your meetings, tasks and projects. Click Read full brief to expand it, Regenerate for a fresh one, or Review 2 action items (the number varies) to open them in My Tasks. It shows only when Daily AI Brief is on in your notification settings. See Read your daily brief.
  • Needs attention: up to four of your tasks that are overdue or due in the next two days.
  • Jump back in: projects you opened recently, marked On track or At risk. A project is at risk when it has an overdue task.
  • Calendar: your Google Calendar, by Week or Month. See Connect your Google Calendar.
  • Deliveries this week: procurement items due to arrive this week that are not yet delivered. Members see their own projects only.
  • Time tracked: your hours this week against your weekly target, day by day.
  • Recent activity: the latest updates from across the studio.
  • Procurement risk: blocked, at-risk and watched items on projects you can see. Click an item to open it.
  • Get set up: the setup checklist, until it is finished. See Use the Get set up checklist.

Tick off a task from Home

  1. In Needs attention, tick the box next to the task.
  2. The task is marked Done and the card refreshes.

To open the task instead, click its title. To undo, reopen the task in My Tasks.
