Find a project

Filter, search and sort the Projects list, and jump back into the projects you use most.

Updated

The Projects page lists your studio's projects with their next milestone, progress, team and spend.

Steps

  1. In the sidebar, click Projects.
  2. Choose a status: Active, Completed, Archived or All.
  3. Type in the search box. It matches the project name, project code, client and type.
  4. To see only projects that need a look, click Needs attention.
  5. To change the layout, choose List or Gallery. To change the order, use the Sort menu.
  6. Click a project to open its Overview.

What the status words mean

  • Overdue: the project's end date has passed.
  • At risk: a phase has ended with tasks still open, or a procurement item is blocked or at risk.
  • n open actions: contractors have open actions on the project.
  • On track: none of the above.

Other ways in

  • Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows), type pr and press Enter to open Projects from anywhere.
  • On your dashboard, Jump back in shows the projects you opened most recently.

Good to know

  • Search looks only at projects in the status you have chosen. Switch to All if you can't find one.
  • Search does not look inside tasks, files or messages.
  • Won projects only show under All.
  • Your view, sort and Needs attention choice are kept in the page address, so a copied link opens the same view. View and sort are also remembered in this browser.
  • Admins see every studio project here. Everyone else sees the projects they are on the team for.
