Turn project emails and the weekly report on or off
Choose whether the studio team gets activity emails for a project, and whether the project lead gets a Monday report.
Each project has two email switches for the studio side. Clients and contractors are not affected: they follow their own email settings.
Before you start
- You need permission to edit projects.
Steps
- Open the project and click Settings, then Preferences.
- Under Notifications:
- Turn Email notifications on or off. This controls activity emails to the studio team about this project.
- Turn Send weekly report on or off. This is a Monday morning summary of the project, sent to the project lead.
- Click Save changes.
What happens next
- With Email notifications off, the studio stops getting activity emails for this project. In-app notifications carry on.
- The weekly report goes to the project lead each Monday while both switches are on.
Good to know
- The weekly report needs Email notifications to be on as well, and the project needs a project lead.
- The project lead can also stop weekly summaries in their own notification preferences.
