Edit the drawing checklist

Every new drawing package gets a copy of this checklist. The team ticks each item before the package can be sent to a client or issued to a contractor.

Before you start

• You need to be a studio admin to save the checklist.

Steps

1. Go to Settings > Drawings.
2. To add an item, type in Add a checklist item… and press Enter, or click Add.
3. To reword an item, click its text and type.
4. To reorder, use Move up and Move down. To delete, click Remove.
5. Click Save checklist. Nothing is saved until you do, and leaving the page drops your changes without warning.

What happens next

• Drawing packages created from now on start with this list, all unticked.
• Packages that already exist keep the checklist they started with.

Good to know

• Reorder with the arrow buttons; rows can't be dragged.
• Empty items are dropped when you save. The checklist needs at least one item.
• A package needs only a file to be submitted for approval. The checklist comes in when you share it.
• A package can be sent to a client or issued to a contractor only when:
  • it is fully approved,
  • every checklist item is ticked, and
  • every review comment on its drawings is marked done.
