Ask Report Insights about a report

Open the Report Insights panel on any report and ask questions about the figures in plain English.

Report Insights is Techstyles AI on your reports. It reads studio data, read-only, and is handy for questions like "Which projects are over budget this quarter?".

Before you start

  • Only studio admins can use it. Managers and members can open reports, but they don't see the Report Insights button.

Steps

  1. Open Reports and choose a report.
  2. Click Report Insights.
  3. Type your question in Ask Report Insights... and press Enter.
  4. To start again, click the new chat icon (Start a new report chat).

Good to know

  • Report Insights can't change anything, draft emails or search documents.
  • Its conversations aren't saved to your chat history.
  • It shares the hourly limit of 30 messages and the studio's daily limit with Atelier in Techstyles, and it uses AI credits.
  • Report Insights can make mistakes. Check figures against the report.
