Choose which notifications and emails you get
Decide what your studio's updates tell you about, how they reach you, and when emails arrive.
The bell at the top of the portal lists everything new on your project. You choose which of those updates you want, and whether they also come by email.
Steps
- Tap your picture at the top of the screen to open Settings.
- Go to Notifications.
- Under Channels, turn Email and Browser notifications on or off.
- Under What to notify me about, turn each topic on or off: Product approvals, Invoices and payments, Documents and drawings, Messages.
- Turn Weekly summary on or off.
Changes save as soon as you make them.
When emails arrive
- Emails are gathered and sent at about 10:00 and 16:00 on weekdays, in your studio's time zone. Anything that happens between those times arrives together in one email.
- Nothing is sent at weekends. Friday afternoon's news arrives on Monday morning.
- Anything you have already seen in the portal is left out of the email.
- The Weekly summary arrives on Monday morning. It shows where your project stands: pieces waiting for you, approvals, budget and unread messages.
Good to know
- Pause all notifications silences everything until you turn it off again. Your weekly summary still arrives.
- Turning a topic off stops both the bell and the email for that topic.
- Browser notifications pops up an alert on your computer for new messages. Your browser asks for permission first. If you see "Browser blocked notifications", allow them in your browser's settings for this site.
- In the bell, tap an update to open it, or use Mark all read.
