Find, check and download an invoice

See what you owe, open an invoice for the bank details, and save a PDF copy.

Updated

Invoices for pieces on your schedule appear in Finances once your studio has sent them to you. Each one shows what is due and how to pay.

Steps

  1. Open Finances. The Next payment due card shows your earliest unpaid invoice.
  2. Tap View invoice on that card, or tap any invoice in the list.
  3. Scroll down to Payment details for the bank details and to Amount due for what is left to pay.
  4. To keep a copy, tap Download.

What the statuses mean

  • Sent: issued and waiting for payment.
  • Part paid: some has been paid. The invoice shows Paid to date and the Amount due that is left.
  • Paid: settled in full.
  • Overdue: the due date has passed.
  • Void: cancelled by your studio. There is nothing to pay, so no bank details are shown.

Good to know

  • The totals at the top of Finances leave out void invoices and take off any credit your studio has given. Paid includes part payments.
  • The amount on the Next payment due card is the invoice's full total. Open the invoice to see the Amount due after any part payment.
  • Pay by bank transfer using the details on the invoice, and quote the invoice number. The portal does not take card payments.
  • Your studio records payments, so a payment can take a little while to show here.
  • If your studio has told you about an invoice and it is not listed, ask them to send it to you directly. An invoice with no pieces from your schedule on it does not appear here.
  • Use Search invoices… or the status filter to find an older invoice. On a computer, the download icon in each row saves the PDF without opening it.
