If you can't sign in or a page won't open
What each sign-in message means and what to do about it.
Most sign-in problems are a mistyped password or an old link. Find the message you are seeing below.
"Invalid email or password."
- Check you are using the email your studio invited you with.
- Copy the password from your invitation email carefully, or set a new one: tap Forgot your password?. See Reset or change your password.
"Portal access is disabled"
Your studio has switched the portal off for your account or project. The message names the studio and, where they have one, shows their email address. Contact them to have it switched back on.
"Access blocked"
The portal has stopped accepting connections from the network you are on. Try a different connection, such as mobile data instead of Wi-Fi. If you think it is a mistake, email the address shown on the screen.
"Can't open this link"
A sign-in link from your studio has expired. These links only last an hour. Go to the sign-in page and sign in with your email and password instead.
A section says it is "turned off"
For example "Procurement is turned off". Your studio has not opened that part of the portal for your project. The rest of the portal still works. Ask your designer if you expected to see it.
For anything else, contact your designer directly by email or phone.
