Sign in to your portal for the first time
Use the email your studio sent you to open your project portal, then save the link for next time.
When your studio invites you, you get an email with the subject "Your [studio name] client portal". It holds your sign-in email, a password and a button to open the portal.
Before you start
- The invitation email from your studio. If you can't find it, check your junk or spam folder.
Steps
- Open the email and tap Open your portal.
- On the Welcome back page, enter the Email and Password shown in the email.
- Tap Sign in.
- If you have more than one project with the studio, choose one on Select a project.
What happens next
- You land on your project's Dashboard.
- Your studio can see that you have opened the portal.
Good to know
- Bookmark the sign-in page, or add it to your phone's home screen, so you can get back in quickly.
- There is no way to change your password from inside the portal. If you would like a password of your own, choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in page and set a new one. See Reset or change your password.
- If your studio adds you to another project later, you get a shorter email, "You have been added to [project name]". It does not contain a password: sign in with the details you already use.
- Signing in with one email at more than one studio? After you tap Sign in, you are asked which studio to open.
