Reset or change your password

This is the only way to change your password, whether you have forgotten it or simply want to replace the one your studio's invitation gave you.

Steps

1. On the sign-in page, tap Forgot your password?.
2. Enter the email your studio invited you with and tap Send reset link.
3. Open the email "Reset your [studio name] portal password" and tap Set a new password.
4. Enter your New password, then the same again in Confirm new password.
5. Tap Set password.

What happens next

• You see "Password updated" and go back to the sign-in page. Sign in with your new password.
• You are signed out of the portal on any other phone or computer.

Good to know

• The link works once and lasts two hours. If it has expired, you see a message saying so: tap Request a new link.
• Your password needs at least 8 characters, must not be a very common password, and must not be too close to your name or email.
• You always see "Check your email" after asking for a link, even if the address was mistyped. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check junk or spam, then make sure you used the email your studio has for you.
• Working with more than one studio on the same email? You get a separate email for each one.
