Look through your selections
Search and filter the pieces your designer has chosen, open a piece's details, and read the budget totals.
Procurement groups your pieces by room. The totals at the top show where the budget stands as you decide.
Steps
- Open Procurement.
- To find something, type in Search products…, or tap a filter such as Pending, Approved or Ordered.
- Tap a room's name to fold it away or open it again.
- Tap a piece's picture to see its details: photos, Measurements, Description and more.
What the totals mean
- Approved budget: pieces you have approved, including any already ordered.
- Pending review: pieces still waiting for your decision.
- Declined: pieces you have rejected.
- Ordering myself: pieces you are buying yourself.
- Total spend: approved pieces plus the ones you are ordering yourself.
Good to know
- The prices and supplier names you see are the ones your studio has set up for each piece. If a figure looks wrong, ask your designer.
- Scheduled and Unscheduled in the drop-down show pieces with or without a delivery date.
- On a computer you can switch between List view and Grid view. On a phone the portal always uses cards.
