Check the items shared with you
See the furniture, joinery and fittings the studio wants you to know about, with their dimensions and delivery dates.
Procurement lists the items the studio has shared with you, grouped by room. Each shows whether it has been ordered and when it is due on site.
Steps
- Open Procurement.
- To narrow the list, type in Search items… or choose Unviewed, Ordered or With issues from the filter.
- Tap an item to see its supplier, quantity and Dimensions. Tap View product spec for the full details where there is one.
- For items you have read but not opened, tap Mark viewed.
What happens next
- Opening an item, or tapping Mark viewed, tells the studio you have seen it.
Good to know
- If the Specification line shows a dash, ask the studio or check View product spec.
- The tiles at the top count Items shared, Viewed, Unviewed and Ordered.
- An item can disappear from your list if the studio's client sends it back for changes or rejects it, or if the studio archives it.
- The progress figure on your Dashboard ("Your scope") shows how many shared items you have viewed, not how far the work has got.
