Choose which notifications and emails you get
Turn emails and each kind of update on or off, and see when emails arrive.
The bell at the top of the portal lists new shares, replies and changes from the last 30 days. You choose which of them you hear about and whether they come by email.
Steps
- Tap your picture at the top of the screen to open Profile.
- Scroll to Notifications.
- Turn Email notifications on or off.
- Turn each kind of update on or off: Document shares, Drawing updates, Item shares, Messages.
- Turn Weekly summary on or off.
Each switch saves as soon as you tap it.
When emails arrive
- Emails are gathered and sent at about 08:00, 12:00 and 16:00 on weekdays, in the studio's time zone. Anything between those times arrives together in one email.
- Nothing is sent at weekends. Friday afternoon's news arrives on Monday morning.
- Anything you have already seen in the portal is left out of the email.
- The Weekly summary arrives on Monday with what came through last week, anything waiting on you, and your insurance status.
Good to know
- In the bell, tap an update to open it, or use Mark all read.
- The studio may not send a notification when it first issues a drawing package to you. Check Drawings when they tell you new drawings are ready.
