Message the studio and send site photos

Messages is your conversation with the studio's project team. It is also the way to send them photos and documents from site.

Steps

1. Open Messages.
2. Choose your topic. It is named after your company and only you and the studio team can see it.
3. Type your message. Type @ to mention someone by name.
4. Press Enter, or tap the send button.

Sending more than words

• Attach: add photos or files, up to 20 MB each.
• Record voice: record a voice note, then tap Send voice, or Discard to start again. Your browser asks to use your microphone the first time.
• Share an item: point to a Procurement item, a Drawing package or a File so the studio knows exactly what you mean.

What happens next

• The studio team sees your message straight away.
• When they reply you get a notification, and an email at the next send time if you have not read it.

Good to know

• Other trades can't see your topic.
• The bell at the top of a topic mutes it. Search finds earlier messages.
• On a computer, hover over a message to react, reply or use More.
