Ask the studio to revise a drawing
Flag a clash, a missing dimension or anything else that needs changing on a drawing.
If something on a drawing will not work on site, ask for a revision from the drawing itself. The studio sees exactly which drawing you mean.
Steps
- Open Drawings, tap View on the package, then tap the drawing.
- Under Request a revision, describe what needs to change.
- Tap Send request.
What happens next
- The drawing is marked Revision requested, with your note and the date.
- The studio's design lead and project lead are told straight away.
- When the studio uploads a new version, you get a "Revision addressed" notification and the drawing shows the new version.
Good to know
- You can only have one open request per drawing. To add more detail, send a message. See Message the studio.
- Sending a site photo helps. Attach it in Messages.
