Sign in with an access code
Get into the portal with the personal code the studio gave you, without an email or password.
Your access code is personal to you. On its own it signs you in, which makes it handy on a shared tablet or a phone on site.
Before you start
- Your access code. The studio can copy it from their side and text or email it to you.
Steps
- On the sign-in page, tap the Access code tab.
- Type your code in Access code.
- Tap Continue.
- Tap the project you are working on.
Good to know
- Codes are 10 or 12 characters long, made of capital letters and numbers. The hint on the page mentions a 6-character code and the example looks like "FLET-01": ignore those and type your full code.
- Codes never contain the letters O, I or L or the numbers 0 or 1, so if you think you see one, it is the other.
- If you see "Invalid or expired access code.", check the code with the studio. If they have made you a new code, the old one stops working, and your password changes to the new code too.
- Keep your code private. Anyone with it can sign in as you.
