Sign in for the first time
Use the studio's invitation email, or the access code they gave you, to get into the contractor portal.
When a studio invites you, you get an email from them. What is in it depends on how they set you up.
- "Your [studio name] contractor portal" contains your email and a password, and an Open your portal button.
- "You have been added to [project name]" has an Open your portal button but no password. Sign in with the access code the studio gave you, or set a password with Forgot your password?.
Steps
- Open the email and tap Open your portal.
- On Email & password, enter your Email and the Password from the email.
- Tap Sign in.
- On Select a project, tap the project you are working on.
No password? Use the Access code tab instead. See Sign in with an access code.
What happens next
- You land on the project's Dashboard.
- The studio can see that you have signed in.
Good to know
- Your password and your access code start out the same, so either works on the Email & password tab.
- There is no way to change your password from inside the portal. To choose your own, use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. See Reset your password.
- Working with more than one studio on the same email? After you tap Sign in you are asked which studio to open.
