Find products in your library

The Library holds every product your studio has saved, shared by the whole team. Find what you need, check its details, then add it to a project.

Open the library

Select Library in the sidebar. The Products tab opens, newest products first, 12 to a page.

Search

Type in Search products. Results update as you type. Search looks at product names, descriptions, materials, product types and supplier names.

Filter by category

Click a category: Furniture, Lighting, Textiles, Dining, Bathroom, Accessories, Home Fragrance, Outdoor or Art. Click All to clear it. Search and category work together.

If nothing matches, you'll see No matching products. Click Clear filters to start again.

Open a product

Click the product's image or name, or choose ⋯ > View details. The details panel shows:

• the images, which you can enlarge
• Retail price, Trade price, Supplier, Product type, Materials, Dimensions and Weight
• measurements, variations such as Colour and Finish, the description and furniture details
• Copy link and Website, when the product has a supplier web address

From here, click Add to project to put it on a schedule.

What each card shows

• The main image, name and dimensions.
• The supplier, or No supplier.
• The price in the product's own currency: the trade price if there is one, otherwise the regular price.

Good to know

• The page, search and category are part of the web address, so you can bookmark or share a filtered view with a colleague.
• When you open a product from a project or a purchase order, Open in library takes you to that product in the library in a new tab.
• Members can browse the library. Adding, editing and adding to projects need edit rights, which admins and managers have by default.
