Use the Get set up checklist
Seven quick steps on Home that get a new studio ready, from your profile photo to your first project and client.
The Get set up checklist sits at the bottom of Home and ticks itself off as you go. It shows how many steps are done, for example "2 of 7 complete".
Steps
- On Home, scroll to Get set up and click it to open the list.
- Click a step to go straight to the right page:
- Set your role, Add your full name and Upload a profile photo open your profile. See Update your profile.
- Upload your studio logo opens Settings > General. See Add your studio logo.
- Invite your team opens Settings > Team. See Invite a team member.
- Create your first project opens Projects. See Create a project.
- Add your first client opens your CRM contacts.
- Come back to Home. Finished steps are ticked.
What happens next
- Once two or more steps are done, the checklist starts closed so it does not crowd Home.
- When all seven are done, it disappears.
Good to know
- Upload your studio logo and Invite your team need an admin. If you are a manager or member, ask an admin to do those two.
- Invite your team counts as done as soon as one invitation is sent, even before anyone accepts.
- To hide the checklist, click the X (Dismiss). It stays hidden in this browser only, and there is no button to bring it back here.
