Change your billing period

You can move between monthly and annual billing from Billing. Paying yearly is 20% less. See How pricing and seats work.

Switch to annual

1. Go to Settings > Billing.
2. Under Change billing period, click Annual.
3. In Switch to annual billing, read the lines: the credit for your unused monthly time, the annual plan for your seats, the VAT included, and Due today.
4. Click Confirm and pay.

You are charged today and move to annual billing straight away, for all your seats. You see "You are now on annual billing". The studio owner gets an email with the invoice attached as a PDF.

Switch to monthly

1. Under Change billing period, click Monthly.
2. Check Takes effect. This is your renewal date.
3. Click Schedule the switch.

Nothing is charged. You keep the annual plan you paid for until it renews, then move to monthly.

Good to know

• While a switch is waiting, the page says when it happens. Click Keep current plan before that date to cancel it.
• You can't start a new switch while one is waiting.
• Change billing period isn't shown once a subscription has been cancelled.
• If the card is declined when moving to annual, nothing changes.
