Read your project dashboard
See your project's progress, budget and payments, and anything your designer is waiting on you for.
Dashboard is the first page you see when you sign in. It sums up where your project stands.
Steps
- Open Dashboard.
- Read Project completion at the top. It goes up as your studio finishes each phase of the project.
- Read the four figures: Total budget, Paid to date, Outstanding and Items approved.
- Under Action items, tap Review, View or Open to go straight to what is waiting for you.
Further down the page
- Project timeline: the phases of your project and which one you are in.
- Budget allocation: how the planned spend divides between rooms.
- Payments: what has been paid over the last six months.
- Recent activity: the latest updates on your project.
Good to know
- If a figure looks wrong, ask your designer.
- Review shared documents is always listed under Action items, even when there is nothing new to read.
- If you have more than one project, the dashboard shows one at a time. See Switch between your projects.
