Reset your password

This is the only way to change your password, whether you have forgotten it or simply want your own.

Steps

1. On the sign-in page, on Email & password, tap Forgot your password?.
2. Enter the email the studio has for you and tap Send reset link.
3. Open the email "Reset your [studio name] portal password" and tap Set a new password.
4. Enter your New password, then the same again in Confirm new password.
5. Tap Set password.

What happens next

• You see "Password updated" and go back to the sign-in page.
• You are signed out on any other phone or computer.

Good to know

• The link works once and lasts two hours. If it has expired, tap Request a new link.
• Your password needs at least 8 characters, must not be a very common password, and must not be too close to your name or email.
• Your access code keeps working after you change your password.
• Working with more than one studio on the same email? You get a separate email for each one.
