Subscribe your studio

Pay for a studio that is on a trial, whose trial has ended, or whose subscription has ended, straight from the Billing page.

If your studio does not have a live subscription, you can subscribe from Billing in a couple of minutes. Your projects and data stay exactly as they are.

Before you start

  • You need access to studio settings (admins, by default). Others see "Ask a studio admin to subscribe."
  • Have a payment card ready, and any promo code you were given.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Billing. Or click Subscribe or Go to billing in the banner at the top of any page.
  2. Under Subscribe to keep everything working, choose Monthly or Annual.
  3. Check the breakdown. It shows your seats at each rate and the Total per month or Total per year. Annual also shows what it works out at a month and what you save.
  4. If you have a promo code, type it in Promo code (optional).
  5. Click Subscribe (the button shows the total, for example "Subscribe · £323 / month").
  6. Pay on Stripe's secure checkout page.

What happens next

  • You come straight back to Billing and see "Subscribed — thank you! Everything is unlocked."
  • Any trial or read-only banner disappears, and the AI tools switch back on.
  • If the subscription takes a moment to appear, you see "Payment received. Your subscription will show here in a moment."
  • The studio owner gets an email with the invoice attached as a PDF.

Good to know

  • You subscribe for one seat per person in the studio, including people you have invited who haven't joined yet. Nobody is left without a seat.
  • Prices include VAT. See How pricing and seats work.
  • The total on the button doesn't include your promo code. It is applied on Stripe's page.
  • A studio can have up to 20 seats. If you have more people and invitations than that, contact support@techstyles.ai.
  • If you leave Stripe without paying, you see "Checkout cancelled — nothing was charged."
  • You can add or remove seats at any time afterwards. See Add seats and Remove seats.
